Abort Protocols (Cancellations)

1. Pre-Deployment Abort

Aborting a request before an engineer secures their dispatch route incurs zero penalties. Immediate notification via our emergency line is required.

2. Post-Arrival Abort (Diagnostic Fee)

If a mission is aborted after our engineer breaches your coordinate sector, a mandatory standard "Diagnostic & Routing Fee" is applied to compensate for the logistical footprint.

Refund Architecture

1. Mechanical Labor

Due to the physical exertion and technical expertise required for on-site rescues, all labor tariffs are strictly non-refundable once the operation concludes.

2. Component Failure

If an installed OEM component critical-fails within its warranty window due to manufacturing defects, we execute a free replacement swap. Cash refunds are only initiated if replacement hardware is globally unavailable.
